What Kuno says about “HeartDance” Events:
“Some of my deepest personal experiences of growth, healing, expansion and the Divine have been in the cradle of community. I have danced with Sufis, chanted with enlightened Masters and danced like crazy in personal growth workshops. Held in the loving energy of a group of like-minded people, I have learned to let go. Moving, stretching, dancing, chanting, sometimes screaming or crying my heart out and other times sitting silently in meditation in the community of fellow seekers have cleansed out my emotions, refreshed my mind and relaxed my body. This has changed my life countless times.
“For me, the saying that two hearts are better than one has reliably proven itself as true. Of course, this is really not an unusual cultural experience! Remember the last concert of your favorite rock band or a football game! What an experience! Chanting, dancing in the aisles and moving in one rhythm, one voice. Excitement! Energy! And, a social permission for losing yourself…
“I invite you to experience “HeartDance” - Energy and Consciousness in Motion. We will offer a safe and grounded environment to give yourself the permission to be free at heart. Together, we will create an “energy field” – a sacred space where everything is possible. A sequence of body movement, sensory-motor awareness, expressive dance, relaxation and meditation will help increase your level of awareness, energy, presence and “coherence” (i.e., a rhythmic sense of flow within yourself, a vibration between you and others and the Universe).”
Dates: HeartDance is usually offered once a month. R.S.V.P. required. NEXT: TBA.
