This spring we realized our dream of opening a new center that honors the body, mind and soul. We have a beautiful location with a sound-proof group room where bodywork, expressive work, dance, meditation, and family constellations work can be joyfully experienced. In addition, we have two session rooms where individual, couples and small group work can be facilitated. We are thrilled to offer our work in this setting.
Our intention is to co-create a community were personal growth and expansion can be experienced as a way of life. We envision a center where people can have expanded experiences of the "Self", of love and belonging, and learn to consciously sustain these states of being over time.
We offer a variety of programs. Some require a commitment for more in-depth work and exploration, others may be attended for one time, or as time allows. Please view our SCHEDULED PROGRAMS to determine what is best for you. Whatever program you choose to participate in, we welcome you and look forward to meeting with you.
